Le Botanique (Orangerie)

Cultural centre of the French Community of Belgium, housed in the former Botanical Garden of Brussels. The Orangerie is one of several performance spaces within the complex, with a capacity of around 650. Other halls include the Rotonde (250) and the Museum (200). The Botanique has been a key venue for alternative and indie music since 1984, also programming visual arts exhibitions, theatre and dance. The striking neoclassical greenhouse architecture makes it one of Brussels’ most atmospheric concert settings.
